What DWH is

DealWithHumans ("DWH", "we", "us") is a platform that suggests small, real-world actions to help people spend more time with other people. It is not a medical device, therapy service, crisis service, introduction service, or dating platform. By using DWH you agree to these terms.

Real-world meetings and activities

DWH suggests ideas — a phone call, a walk, a coffee, a conversation. We do not organise, arrange, supervise, or participate in any real-world meeting, activity, or interaction between users or between a user and any other person.

Any meeting, walk, call, meal, gathering, or other activity that takes place as a result of using DWH is entirely between the people involved. DWH has no responsibility for anything that happens before, during, or after such an activity, regardless of whether that activity was suggested by the platform.

You are responsible for your own safety and the choices you make when meeting or interacting with anyone. Please exercise ordinary personal judgment about who you meet, where, and when. DWH does not vet, verify, background-check, or endorse any user.

Words written on the platform

DWH allows users to write things: praise entries, profile statements, context notes, and personal reflections. DWH is not responsible for anything any user writes on this platform. We do not verify, fact-check, or endorse any content that users submit. Content written by another user reflects only that person's views, and DWH makes no representation about its accuracy or truthfulness.

If someone writes something about you that is false, harmful, or abusive, you can report it to safety@dealwithhumans.com. You can also hide or remove any praise you have received from your own view at any time.

Not a health service

DWH does not provide therapy, counselling, medical advice, or crisis intervention. Nothing on this platform should be treated as a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.

Your content

Private reflections are visible only to you. Praise you receive is private by default. You control what appears on your public introduction. You are responsible for what you write and submit on DWH.

Conduct

You agree to use DWH in a way that respects other people. Harassment, spam, impersonation, and abuse are grounds for immediate suspension.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DWH and its operators are not liable for any harm, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising from: your use of the platform; any real-world meeting, walk, call, or other activity suggested by or resulting from use of the platform; or any content written or submitted by users on the platform.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DWH after an update means you accept the new terms.
