What we collect

We collect your email address (for sign-in), your assessment answers (to personalise your plan), and any reflections or praise you choose to save. We collect no health data, no location data beyond the broad area you optionally provide, and no biometric data.

What stays private

Your private reflections are never shared with anyone. Praise is private by default. If you belong to an organisation programme, the organisation sees only aggregate, de-identified participation metrics — never your individual data.

What we share

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers (email delivery, analytics) under data processing agreements that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Write to privacy@dealwithhumans.com with any requests.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
