Safety Centre
DWH is not a crisis service.
If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately.
What DWH is
DWH is a platform that suggests small, real-world actions to help people spend more time with other people. It is not therapy, counselling, a mental health diagnosis tool, or a substitute for professional support.
Meeting people in real life
DWH suggests ideas for spending time with others — a walk, a coffee, a call. DWH has no involvement in, and takes no responsibility for, anything that happens when you meet or interact with someone in person. All real-world activities are entirely between the people involved.
When meeting anyone — whether through DWH or elsewhere — please use your own judgment. Meet in public places first. Tell someone where you are going. Trust your instincts. DWH does not vet or verify the identity of any user.
Reporting a concern
If someone has behaved in a way that made you uncomfortable — online or following a real-world meeting — or if you have a safety concern, you can report it from any profile page or by writing to safety@dealwithhumans.com.
Blocking someone
You can block any user from their profile. Blocked users cannot contact you, see your public introduction, or be matched with you in any DWH programme.
