Community Guidelines
DWH is built on the premise that human connection is good for everyone. To make it work, everyone who uses it needs to treat others with respect, dignity, and care.
Always
- Respect the other person's boundaries and consent
- Be honest about who you are
- Follow through when you make a commitment
- Meet in a public place when meeting someone for the first time
- Tell someone you trust where you are going before an in-person meeting
- Report behaviour that concerns you
Never
- Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone — online or in person
- Impersonate another person
- Use DWH to solicit money, goods, or services
- Share personal information about others without their explicit consent
- Attempt to meet someone who has not agreed to meet you
- Use DWH for commercial promotion, spam, or recruitment
Your responsibility offline
DWH suggests real-world activities. What happens offline is entirely your responsibility. DWH has no involvement in or control over in-person meetings, and takes no responsibility for anything that occurs during or after them. Please use good judgment and look out for yourself and others.
Content you write
Anything you write on DWH — praise, profile statements, reflections — is your responsibility. Do not write things that are false, misleading, or harmful about other people. DWH does not verify the accuracy of user-written content and is not liable for it, but we will remove content that violates these guidelines on receipt of a credible report.
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban. We take safety concerns seriously and will act on credible reports.
