What a programme looks like

You set up the cohort

Invite participants by email or a unique enrolment link. Add your branding and a welcome message.

Participants join free

Each person takes a brief Social Health Assessment and receives their first Human Thing.

Three actions per week

The programme runs for 7, 14, or 30 days. Participants take real-world actions at their own pace.

You get aggregate results

At the end, you receive an aggregate report. No individual names. No personal data.

Three Human Things per week. A mix of solo-initiated, colleague, and small-group activities. Ends with an aggregate outcomes report.

Built for distributed teams. Appreciation activities, walk-and-talk prompts, cross-team introductions, and phone-free time.

  • Participants own their data. The organisation does not.

  • No individual performance dashboard — ever.

  • No access to reflections, praise content, or assessment answers.

  • Aggregate metrics only. Groups smaller than 10 are suppressed.

  • Participants are told exactly what the organisation can and cannot see.
